Abstract
75Se labelled dinonyl-diselenide (C9H19 75Se-SeC9H19) is synthesized and injected into white rats to observe the Se distributions among the viscera and blood with change of time using inorganic 75SeO2 as the controlled agent. The results indicate that selenium of organic diselenide is taken up more slowly by the viscera and retained longer in the viscera than the inorganic selenite.Furthermore, high activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) is measured in the case of organic diselenide injection.
