THE STUDY OF A SERIES OF ~(113)mIn-BAT COMPLEXES——BIODISTRIBUTION, THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STRUCTURE AND PARTITION COEFFICIENT

    • In a study of the animal distribution of a series of 113mIn-BAT complexes, it is found that myocardial uptake increases with a rise in partition coefficient. Some quantitative relationships between structure and partition coefficient are found and the results may be used to design new and ideal imaging agents for heart or brain.
