Abstract
In this paper influence of temperature on distribution of rotational level of molecule is discussed. The P- and R-branches spacing of UF6 v3 band is estimated at different temperatures and demonstrated by experiments. Frequency shift of 238UF6 v3 band from 228K to 300K and frequency values of 138UF, and 235UF6 v3 band at 223K are measured. In addition the uranium isotope shift obtained is 0.6 cm-1. Purity of 235UF6 sample and of 238UF, sample used is 90% and 99.4% respectively.
