    ANALYSES OF γ-~(32)PATP AND α-~(32)P dATP AT HIGH SPECIFIC ACTIVITY BY HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

    • In this paper analyses of radiochemical purity forγ-32PATP and α-32PdATP at high specific activity are described. The relationship between separation factor a and concentration of phosphate buffers in eluant is investigated. The separation is carried out on an YWG-R4NC1 amino column, using a gradient or isocratic elution. Detection is selected at 254 nm. Radioactivity is measured by a plastic scintillation flow detector.
