    Preparation Study of 99Tcm-DTPA-DG

    • The complex 99Tcm-DTPA-DG is prepared through synthesized DTPA-DG. 99Tcm is used to label diethylenetriaminepentaacetic aciddeoxyglucose ( DTPA-DG ) with stannous chloride reduction. Paper chromatography was performed with acetone and physiological saline as the mobile phase. 99Tcm-DTPA-DG was prepared containing 25mg DTPA-DG and 0.5mg SnCl2. The pH was subsequently adjusted to 6.0. 99TcmO-4 added at room temperature, 30min later, the radiochemical purity of 99Tcm-DTPA-DG is 99%. The radiochemical purity is 986% when it is stable over 6h at room temperature. DTPA-DG can be labeled with 99Tcm easily, efficiently, and with high radiochemical purity, stability and cost effectiveness.
