THE ADSORPTION OF U (Ⅵ) IN HYDROCHLORIC ACID MEDIUM ON CRO-WN ETHER PHENOLFORMALDEHYDE RESINS.

    • The adsorption of U(Ⅵ) on poly-dibenzo-l8-crown-6 (PDB-18C6), poly-dibenzo-24-crown-8 (PDB-24C8), poly-bsnzo-15-crown-5 (PB-15C5) in a few inorganic. acid medium is studied. In 6-8N HC1, the adsorption for U(Ⅵ) is quite different from that of U(Ⅳ), but its adsorption may be lowered by adding Fe3+. The elution efficiency decreases with increase of HCl concentration. The stability in a few acid mediums is PDB-24C8>PDB-18C6>PB-15C5. A γ-dosage of up to 5×105 rad has no effect on the stability of the polymers.
