PREPARATION OF MONONUCLEAR, DINUCLEAR AND TRINUCLEAR COMPLEXES OF URANYL ACETATES AND DETERMINATION OF THEIR PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES

    • The complexes of mononuclear Sr (UO2Ac4)-2H2O, dinuclear Ba (UO2Ac3)2·2H2O and Ni (UO2Ac3)3-6H2O, trinuclear NaM (UO2Ac3)3·6H2O (M=Fe, Co. Ni, Mg) were prepared. Their crystal forms, densities, dielectric constants, solubilities, conductivities and temperature of thermal-decomposition curves have been determined. Their molar polarizations and solubilities decrease with the ionic radius of Fe2+, Co2+, Ni2+ while its densities increase with the ionic radius. When the complexes are heated, the mononuclear Sr (UO2Ac4)-2H2O is decomposed at 90℃, the dinuclear Ba (UO2Ac3)2·2H2O at 70℃, the trinuclear complexes at 140℃. Acetic anhydrides are driven out of the co-ordination sphere, when the complexes is heated to about 300℃, and the complexes are transformed into oxides.
