    Determination of 3H in Tritiated Waste Pump Oil by LSC via Dispersion With Mixed Surfactants

    • In order to determine tritium in tritiated waste pump oil, surface chemical properties and thermodynamic functions of BS-12/FEO/H2O system were studied. Mixed system was obtained when oil and scintillation liquid added in it. The results show that when surfactant concentration is less than 10-4 mol/L, V(BS-12)∶ V(FEO) is 6∶4, oil volume added to 5 mL of Ultima Gold LLT cocktail is less than 0.012 mL, NaCl concentration is 0.1 mol/L, quite stable liquid scintillation counting rate can be obtained.
